A passion for quality and comfort In my daily work as a cluster manager in the pharmaceutical sector, everything revolves around precision, reliability, and diligence. I wanted to apply that same high standard to the holiday rental market. That is how Mister Stay was born. Our first high-quality, brand-new apartment on the beautiful Costa Blanca — Vero Amanecer — is now completely ready to welcome you. Next year, we will expand our portfolio with two more luxury locations: Vero Area Beach and Vero La Hoya. It is my absolute goal to create a stay where you lack absolutely nothing.

Smart luxury in Spain, perfectly organized from the Netherlands Mister Stay stands for 'frictionless' enjoyment. You stay under the Spanish sun, but the organization, communication, and service are managed by me with the utmost precision from the Netherlands.

I believe that a holiday should begin the moment you arrive. That is why we use smart, secure technologies. Thanks to access via personal PIN codes (smart locks) and seamless WhatsApp integration, you will never wait in line for a key. Everything is prepared down to the last detail. Prepare a delicious meal in the spacious outdoor kitchen and relax on the roof terrace under the bioclimatic pergola. During the day, you can control the exact amount of sunlight you desire, and as evening falls, the integrated ambient lighting creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere.

Local network Although I personally handle bookings and contact from the Netherlands, local hospitality is fully guaranteed. The professional team is ready to make your stay amazing. They ensure immaculate cleaning and can step in immediately should anything be needed on-site.
