Why do you require a minimum stay of 10 nights? At Mister Stay, we aim to provide a quiet, exclusive, and carefree experience for all our guests. Pending the finalization of our tourist rental license, we currently require a minimum stay of 10 nights. This helps us maintain the oasis of peace and high quality that our guests expect, while avoiding the frequent turnover typical of standard short-term holiday rentals.
How does the check-in process work? We offer a fully digital, keyless experience. Your property is equipped with an advanced Smart Lock. 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a link to your secure personal check-in portal. Once you have verified your details, you will receive your unique digital access code for the duration of your stay.
Why do I need to provide identification? In accordance with Spanish law (Real Decreto 933/2021), we are required to register the identity of all guests (aged 14 and over) with the national authorities. Your privacy is our priority; the registration process is handled through a secure, encrypted portal that complies with GDPR/AVG regulations.
Are your properties officially registered? Yes, Mister Stay B.V. operates in full compliance with applicable Spanish regulations. We value transparency and professionalism, ensuring you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
Are the apartments suitable for long-term stays? Absolutely. Our apartments are designed for comfort, making them perfect for both holidays and long-term stays (such as workations). They feature high-end amenities, high-speed internet, and all the comforts of a luxury penthouse, including a private roof terrace.
Is there a cleaning service during my stay? A professional final cleaning is included with every booking. Please note that we do not offer housekeeping, cleaning services, or linen changes during your stay. To ensure you have everything you need, we provide sufficient towels and bed linen at the start of your visit. Should you require additional linen or towels, these can be requested as an 'add-on' during your booking process.
Our policy regarding security deposits At Mister STAY, we do not work with a security deposit. We trust our guests and assume that you will treat our home and property with the same care and respect as we do. Should something accidentally break or get damaged during your stay, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible. This is not a problem for us; it is a great help to our keyholder and ensures that everything is in perfect condition for the next guest. Honesty makes the process easier for everyone and guarantees a perfect experience.
