Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.

Pricing and Terms
- All-inclusive pricing: All prices include Spanish VAT (IVA).
- Resort Fee: A mandatory resort fee of €7 per day applies. This is a fixed daily charge that covers, among other things, all water and energy consumption during your stay.
- Cleaning Fee: Final cleaning fees are mandatory and non-refundable.
- Trust-based policy: We do not work with a safety deposit because we trust our guests.
- Secure Payments: All payments are processed securely via our booking platform.
